How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly with the courier.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, contact us at support@haaki.store with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! We offer size exchanges as long as the size is still in stock. Contact us with your order number and the size you need and we'll sort it out for you. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll sort it out for you as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will be higher than domestic orders. Delivery times vary by location. Contact us if you have any questions about international shipping.
